The location was near many attractions. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and markets. It felt convenient during our two-night stay with family. However, starting the day was disappointing as we only received two complimentary bottles of water for four people.
The check-out process lacked efficiency, with long lines and no ability to manage bills in advance. I felt overlooked when another couple received a welcome drink while we did not. Our room had issues. the bathtub was clogged, and my email complaint went unanswered.

Solo traveler needs a decent spot
The view from my room was something else. I mean, really amazing and the location was prime for getting out and about. The staff helped me check in early cause I arrived ahead of time which was great business.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still within reason.

Central location is a winner
I loved the central location, just a quick stroll to the convention center. My queen room was neat and had a nice smell—no harsh cleaning products! The only hiccup was the loud knocking from the pipes, which seems to be a classic high-rise issue. Also enjoyed hanging out at the bar on the fifth floor, but was bummed it closed early!

Great location and a delightful selection of Keurig pods for your caffeine fix!
Room felt like a closet and I was practically dating my laptop since there was only one chair.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available on-site.

Central proximity to restaurants and attractions makes exploring easy. The rooftop bar offers beautiful waterfront views, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
The room felt cramped, not what I imagined for the price. The lighting was poor, leaving a dark vibe in an already small space. Housekeeping showed up inconsistently, and I returned to an unclean room too often. Also, the charges piled on, like the $20 resort fee and the surprise $50 early check-in fee really stung when I expected a more seamless experience.

We had such a great time enjoying complimentary wine on arrival and the lovely snacks available anytime! We also relaxed on the sun terrace, soaking up the views and enjoying the warm atmosphere. The only downside was the early check-in fee, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊
